HERO Recruitment are hiring for a Recruitment Administrator our Galway office. The position of Recruitment Administrator is an integral position within our team.

Overview
- As a valued member of the HERO recruitment team in Galway, our Recruitment Administrator will have the very important and busy role of providing administration support to the team. You will often be the very first point of contact and touch point of our business for our valued candidates and clients. The person we are seeking will possess the natural ability in building great relationships and have a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience to our candidates, clients and internal HERO team.
Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming calls provide an engaged and professional level of communication both by phone and in person, ensuring our candidates and clients feel valued and appreciated.
- You will be the first point of contact for the business.
- Manage emails, and enquiries from internal and external parties
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Formatting of all internal job descriptions and uploading of these to our social media and job board platforms.
- Formatting of CV’s and upload candidate application to our various client portals including Taleo, Success Factors, Workday etc.
- Ongoing upkeep of data entry of all new candidate records onto our database.
- Identify suppliers, source costs, and pricing structure for various products or services.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment and maintaining service contracts
- Provide full administration support to our internal team of recruitment consultants in Galway and Cork.
- Interact with candidates to assist in scheduling interviews with clients.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and events internally
- Become subject matter expert on CRM database.
- Liaising with our IT providers regarding any upgrades or technical issues.
- Raising support tickets & trouble shooting basic systems issues (Tracker, Website, Paqit)
- Work with the marketing team and co-ordinating promotional material for job fairs.
- Managing data, records, reports, and correspondence
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative staff
- Collaborate with the HR Projects Officer
The Person for the Recruitment Administrator role:

Minimum Experience
- 3rd level qualification is desirable, but a super organised person is equally as valuable to us.
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy with an in-depth knowledge of using MS outlook, Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint.
- Experience in social media is a distinct advantage
- Positive outlook and attention to detail.
- Enjoy a busy working environment
