The Role

Superb Opportunity to join a dynamic team as Senior Programme Manager (HR Business Partner) in supporting the execution of their HR mission, where every effort is geared towards facilitating business growth through customer-centric HR solutions. My client is passionate about fostering a culture of high engagement and exceptional performance. As a key partner, you'll collaborate closely with regional HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, and HR Operations teams, providing leadership to meet the strategic needs of the organization. Your role will be pivotal in guiding HR initiatives, setting priorities, and driving value to enhance the employee experience and deliver tangible business results.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with leaders to enhance overall performance and build the overall capability of the organization.
  • Support the implement of a new HR operating model to support sustainable growth and maintain a direct engagement model.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations teams to address and apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human resource. Responsible for providing HR leadership and direction in most of the following areas: Project Management, Process & continuous improvement, budget management, strategic workforce planning, HR technology and analytics.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
  • Coach and consult with leaders on employee engagement, performance, development, and organization effectiveness and design.
  • Provide guidance and direction to organization to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees. Coach managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Management Responsibilities
  • Foster a diverse & inclusive workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Strong focus on self-development and knowledge sharing to ensure ongoing team development.
  • Direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas or projects/programs.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation, company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • May lead employees at site level and ensure to coach, direct, and develop in the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Level 8, in a relevant discipline (Level 9 desirable) – an HR qualification is not necessary for this role – candidate must have an interest in developing as an HR business partner.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years’ experience with a min. of 4 years with a strong emphasis on programme management.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies with a proven track record of delivering projects in a large matrix organisation. A project management certification is preferable.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilise data to identify people priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • People leader experience preferable.
