1. 6 months personal bank account, Revolut, N26 and savings account statements and savings account statements (as relevant to you). If you have a credit card or personal loan/car finance they will need statements for these as well.
2. P60 (which is now called Employee Detail Summary) for the previous year
3. Your last 3 months payslips
4. Copy of your contract
5. A certified salary certificate (we can provide this for you)
Director Umbrella Company Contractors In addition to the above -
1. A Tax Clearance Certificate from Revenue and confirmation from accountants that your tax affairs are in are order (HERO’s Accounting Partners can do this for you).
2. At least one income tax return, also know as a Form 11 (HERO’s Accounting Partners can do this for you).
