- Troubleshoot product, process, or equipment issues in collaboration with the operations team.
- Work closely with R&D and Quality to design and enhance manufacturing procedures and workflows.
- Assist with equipment selection, installation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Lead or support process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in line with internal quality standards.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and KPI methodologies to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
- Support efforts to scale up manufacturing while improving cost efficiency (COGs).
- A Level 8 degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and process control principles.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starting approach and strong technical acumen.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
