At the age of 21, I had the good fortune of stumbling upon a Recruitment Agency in California that offered me a position as a Recruiter. Little did I know then that this serendipitous moment would shape my career path for the next 27 years, leading me to co found my recruitment company and discover a profession that I truly adore.

What captivates me the most about working with individuals is the profound connection forged during those special moments when we come together to either identify the finest talents for a team or uncover that job opportunity capable of propelling one's career to new heights. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional companies committed to recruiting the best individuals, and I have been honored by their trust in my ability to align remarkable talents and lead award winning recruitment campaigns. This rewarding work has been the driving force behind my long and fulfilling tenure in the field of recruitment.

Through the years, I have gained invaluable insights, and one lesson stands above all: authentic relationships hold immeasurable value, and surrounding oneself with exceptional individuals is paramount, both personally and professionally.

Completing my Masters in Management of Operations, a Degree in HR Management, and obtaining a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance (ACCA) have been undoubtedly valuable in my professional career. I also recognising appreciating talent goes beyond educational achievements, as it encompasses a wide range of qualities, including creativity, innovation, problem-solving abilities, leadership potential, and emotional intelligence.
