Job Title: Project Coordinator (Pharmaceutical Projects)
Location: County Tipperary, Ireland

Our client, a leading company, is seeking a proactive individual to coordinate critical Suite Teams on large-scale (€200m+) projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate the activities of six Suite Teams, ensuring smooth delivery and communication across all aspects of the project.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control, escalating issues when necessary to maintain project progress.
• Collaborate closely with EP, CM, CQ, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective planning and execution of project scope.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor the performance of the Suite Teams, ensuring alignment with the project management plan and performance goals (cost, effort, and scope).
• Provide regular status updates to the Core team and Project Management, ensuring clear communication of progress and any issues.
• Maintain up-to-date decision, risk, and action logs to ensure accountability and traceability.

Team Support & Development

• Offer training and mentoring to Suite Team Leads to foster team development and ensure high performance.
• Ensure Suite Teams are adequately resourced to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Cost, Risk & Change Management

• Lead the coordination of cost, risk, change management, and scheduling efforts in collaboration with EP, CM, and partners.
• Ensure all lessons learned and changes are documented and implemented by Suite Teams and project leads

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure that the project delivers on business needs and objectives.
• Resolve cross-functional issues that may impact the Suite Teams or project progress.

Experience & Qualifications:

•  
• Proven experience coordinating projects and sub-project teams, with a focus on design, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong background in managing scope, cost, and schedule on large projects.
• Experience in design management, ideally within pharmaceutical projects (€200m+).

Desirable:

• API project experience.
• Project Management Certification.
