We are seeking a motivated and efficient team leader to oversee daily security operations for our client. The primary responsibility is ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality security services throughout the contract.
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Lead and manage day-to-day security operations, including team development and support.</li>

<li>Provide general administrative support, including diary management and maintaining the security building.</li>
<li>Manage external services such as post, taxis, and couriers.</li>
<li>Track the movement of staff and contractors in and out of the site.</li>
<li>Ensure contractors are registered, inducted, and have the required permits.</li>
<li>Oversee daily/monthly maintenance checks and facilities management.</li>
<li>Handle access control tasks, including vehicle logs, searches, document verification, and managing ID cards.</li>

<li>Prepare reports as needed and undertake any additional tasks requested by the Contract Manager.</li>

Key Requirements:

<li>Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, milling etc.</li>
<li>Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading drawings etc.</li>
<li>Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.</li>
<li>Set machines to complete full cycles to manufacture large number of parts.</li>
<li>Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.</li>

Qualifications and experience:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as CNC operator preferably 2-5 years.</li>
<li>Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.</li>

<li>Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.</li>

Manufacturing Process Engineer 
Summary
The Project Process Engineer will be based in Ballina and will primarily serve Manufacturing Operations as its main customer. The position involves close collaboration with Global Engineering , New Product Development , Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain .
This role focuses on leading and coordinating project engineering activities to further develop new and existing manufacturing capacities. Leveraging insights from existing manufacturing technologies, the engineer will contribute to the development of new technologies aimed at achieving higher output systems. The role also includes mentoring junior project engineers, providing project guidance, and overseeing overall process development. This involves liaising with technology partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure safety compliance for production equipment within the technology group&rsquo;s remit.</li>
<li>Support and close out safety risk assessments and associated actions in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Collaborate with maintenance and manufacturing teams to provide technical and engineering support for process, quality, or equipment failures.</li>
<li>Work with maintenance and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process and product improvements on key production equipment.</li>
<li>Quantify improvements through OEE gains and/or waste reductions.</li>
<li>Support the qualification of new products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.</li>
<li>Write technical reports and engineering protocols.</li>
<li>Review machine performance data daily, focusing on OEE metrics (Availability, Performance, Waste).</li>
<li>Use performance data to drive improvements and meet plant OEE and waste reduction targets.</li>
<li>Deliver improvement projects on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, anticipate potential issues, and develop proactive solutions.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Primary Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li>

Required Experience:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of post-qualification experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, including experience with the development and troubleshooting of highly automated production equipment.</li>
<li>Proven Project Management experience.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and workloads in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of process problem-solving tools.</li>
<li>Proficient understanding of PLC systems</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with production environment KPIs (OEE, Waste, etc.).</li>
<li>2D/3D CAD skills.</li>

Project Process Engineer

To manage the maintenance and repair of equipment on site. Liaise with external contractors for the maintenance and repair of same. The Lead Maintenance Technician is also responsible for Supervising the 24/5 &amp; 24/7 shifts. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the maintenance of all process equipment on site, while also supporting Facilities &amp; Utilities as needed.</li>
<li>Primarily a day-shift role, with accountability for supervising 24/7 and 24/5 shift teams.</li>
<li>Lead the technical aspects of commissioning and validation for both ongoing and new projects.</li>
<li>Facilitate the training and skill development of Shift Technicians, including training for maintenance on new and existing equipment.</li>
<li>Organize and archive all Facilities and Maintenance documentation effectively.</li>
<li>Ensure timely communication and escalation of updates within the Maintenance Department and with other departments, prioritizing based on critical site requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate time tracking for all planned work assignments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the engineering team to manage maintenance contracts, service level agreements, and on-site contractors.</li>
<li>Lead high-standard completion of CMMS activities, working with Maintenance and Quality Engineers to keep the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program current.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Engineering to maintain availability of critical mechanical, electrical, and automation spares, aiming for maximum equipment uptime.</li>
<li>Minimize equipment downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance efforts. Respond swiftly to equipment failures as a member of the critical response team.</li>
<li>Plan equipment downtime in collaboration with production teams and external vendors, and provide technical input during weekly planning meetings for preventative maintenance.</li>
<li>Demonstrate expertise in interpreting P&amp;ID, Electrical &amp; Pneumatic Drawings, and process flow charts, providing support in troubleshooting equipment and site-related issues.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed documentation aligned with Good Engineering Practices (GEP) for all site equipment.</li>
<li>Research and evaluate new maintenance/manufacturing processes and systems with approved vendors and implement improvements under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, cGMP, and company policies including Environmental, Health and Safety standards, and corporate guidelines.</li>
<li>Actively identify and implement energy-saving initiatives on-site.</li>
<li>Drive the development and implementation of the site&rsquo;s 6S program and conduct associated internal audits.</li>
</ul>
Preferred qualifications and experience:
<ul>
<li>Qualified trade professional with extensive maintenance expertise.</li>
<li>Hands-on maintenance experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.</li>
<li>Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).</li>
