IT Business Operations Analyst

Department: IOPS IT Business Operations

Overview:
Join the IOPS IT Business Operations team to support essential services such as procurement, license management, budgeting, resource management, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT & Asset Management: Support IT initiatives and processes by applying functional knowledge in asset management and business operations.
• Procurement: Manage and coordinate procurement activities and report progress to relevant teams.
• License Management: Maintain the software license database, coordinate renewals, and keep the Software Licensing portal updated.
• Resource Management: Oversee the Resource Management Tool, ensuring accurate data and assisting in report generation and metrics tracking.
• Budget & Contract Support: Assist in budget reporting and perform contract management tasks for stakeholders.
• Communications & Documentation: Ensure consistent, transparent updates across communications platforms, dashboards, and team sites.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on team initiatives and support the IT Business Operations Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: BA/BS in Business, Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in Business Operations.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and an independent work ethic with collaborative abilities.
