<h3>Role Overview</h3>
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot process devices, instrumentation, and controls within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, safety, and reliable operations in support of production. This role operates on a 24-hour shift pattern and includes a 33% shift allowance.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support for production equipment, performing maintenance, calibrations, troubleshooting, and upgrades as required.</li>
<li>Maintain process and production systems through preventive maintenance and repairs, driving continuous equipment reliability.</li>
<li>Plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and ensuring resource availability.</li>
<li>Operate and monitor production support equipment using MES/DCS and PLC systems to achieve optimal uptime and performance.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including CIP, autoclaves, HVAC, isolators, and bulk chemical distribution, ensuring adherence to cGMP standards.</li>
