This is a key leadership role within the Engineering organization. You will co-ordinate and direct all activities associated with the execution of Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and Reliability Excellence. 

What you will do:

• You will be responsible for bringing your energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to the table.
• Your key responsibilities will include collaborating effectively with site stakeholders, overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, and managing a team of craft technicians, maintenance technicians, and apprentices within a high potency API facility.
• You will also be entrusted with managing resources to meet maintenance goals and ensuring compliance with all Company and external regulatory requirements for safety, quality, and the environment.
• Another important aspect of your role will be promoting equipment uptime improvements as part of the site reliability excellence initiative and any continuous improvement programs. 

Ideally you will have:

• Third-level qualification in an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science discipline, or demonstrate equivalent maintenance experience.
• Possess excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and coach others to achieve results.
• Have a proven track record of analyzing information from different stakeholder perspectives and drawing accurate conclusions to support timely decision-making.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively manage resources to meet deadlines and produce quality deliverables.
• Liaise and coordinate with site third-party maintenance providers to enable effective and efficient maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of GMP / EHS guidelines & Legislation, Plant Maintenance systems (eg SAP).
