We are recruiting for an experienced Site Security Manager for a leading pharmaceutical client in Limerick. This full-time, permanent position offers significant career growth within a dynamic industry.

Role Overview:

As Site Security Manager, you'll lead and manage day-to-day security operations, reporting to both the Security Contract Manager and client stakeholders. You'll act as the primary point of contact for security-related matters and ensure best practices are maintained across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Security Team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to security standards.

• Supervise and foster positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.

• Oversee security procedures, including compliance with relevant standards (SEC-STD-100, SEC-STD-200).

• Mentor and develop an Assistant Supervisor for succession planning.

• Manage site security systems, including access control and CCTV, ensuring compliance and upgrades.

• Track metrics and manage staffing rosters.

• Conduct staff training and deliver presentations.

• Assist with security incident investigations, audits, and emergency response team (ERT) processes.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of security management experience.

• Proven track record in customer relations and security operations.

• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

• Results-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• PSA licensed (minimum) and computer literate (ECDL required).

• Proficient in interpreting and manipulating data from security-related software such as Access Control and CCTV systems.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
