Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment as Senior Manager, Employee Relations. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract, offering the chance to shape and deliver effective ER strategies while enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations (ER) cases and contribute to the design and implementation of ER strategy across the organization in Ireland.
Deliver consultation, training, and support to managers and employees on a range of ER-related matters.
Identify and analyze trends in employee relations, offering data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with global and regional HR and ER teams to ensure consistent and aligned practices.
Lead or contribute to change management initiatives and support organizational evolution.
Participate in key projects, both as a leader and subject matter expert.
Maximize the value of case management systems through effective strategy and oversight.
Support and embed frameworks and structures related to hybrid working models.
Partner with risk and compliance teams to review and enhance ER practices and policies.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
8+ years of HR leadership experience in a consulting or corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field.
CIPD qualification (desirable).
Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations.
Skills & Attributes
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through data-driven storytelling.
Proven track record of delivering pragmatic, results-oriented HR solutions in a global context.
Excellent communication skills and experience working across geographically dispersed teams.
High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
Capable of delivering difficult messages with empathy and professionalism.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on scalable, aligned service delivery.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude and drive to get results.
