HR Business Partner – Medical Devices | Sligo

We are recruiting an HR Business Partner to join a leading global healthcare company at their Sligo site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment making a real impact across a large, complex organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across talent development, employee relations, change management and HR operations. You will also lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects including engagement, diversity & inclusion, and performance culture initiatives.

What's Required

• Third level qualification in HR or a related discipline (CIPD membership an advantage)
• Solid hands-on experience across core HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management and talent development
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to coach leaders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with experience preparing HR metrics and reports
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment
