EHS Engineer – Sligo (Permanent)

Our client are hiring an EHS Engineer to join a high-performing team at their Sligo site, a permanent role with real scope to make an impact.

The role Reporting to the EHS Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Environmental Health and Safety across the site. From contractor management and risk assessments to ISO certification and regulatory compliance, you'll be a trusted advisor and key driver of a positive safety culture in a highly regulated environment.

What you'll bring

• BSc (Level 8) in Occupational Safety & Health or a related discipline
• 3–5 years' experience in a similar EHS role -essential
• Strong working knowledge of relevant EHS legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 - desirable
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Project management experience and a proven ability to influence at all levels
