- Ensure full compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and statutory requirements, including Irish Construction Regulations, water hygiene regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
- Conduct risk, COSHH, and Health & Safety assessments; identify, assess, and communicate key risks to the management team.
- Analyse estate management data to benchmark performance, identify faults, predict system failures, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and effective asset management.
- Manage site budgets for Technical Services, ensuring all ad hoc costs are accurately captured; lead budget planning and forecasting for the team.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, end users, finance, operations, and senior stakeholders — maintaining clear, accurate, and timely communication throughout.
- Support business growth by promoting Technical Services and project delivery capabilities, and actively identifying new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPI targets; maintain a strong safety culture with a goal of zero accidents and Lost Time Incidents.
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant building services, surveying, project management, or engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a Technical Services, Engineering, or Maintenance Management role within a construction or facilities management environment.
- Demonstrated experience in asset management, project management, and supply chain management.
- Experience managing maintenance teams and achieving SLA targets in a complex operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, Irish Construction Regulations, and water hygiene requirements.

- Awareness of CMMS platforms such as Maximo or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels — from site teams to senior leadership and external agencies.
- Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic objectives.
