Production Supervisor – Weekend Days Shift

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our Galway-based medical manufacturing team for the Weekend Days Shift. If you have a knack for leadership, a solid manufacturing background, and a drive for continuous improvement, we want you!

In this role you will work a 12 hour Shift each Saturday and Sunday and also some further hours during the week. If working at the Weekend suits your work/life balance then apply below!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production efficiency and scheduling to hit monthly targets.
• Collaborate with support teams to meet business and customer needs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in line with TEOA.
• Manage and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Maintain high standards of GDP & GMP compliance.
• Ensure a safe working environment and handle EH&S activities.
• Drive cost reduction and implement improved practices.
• Conduct training and maintain daily communication with the supply chain.
• Handle SAP escalations and manage monthly inventory reconciliations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and quality systems.
• Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and compliance in the medical industry.
• Proficient in SAP with an understanding of supply chain functions.
