Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Process Improvements: Spearhead and complete technical initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, particularly through the Data Integrity program, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Technology Integration: Support the introduction of new technology and instrumentation on-site, with a focus on ALCOA+ principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate).
  • Business Process Redesign: Collaborate with testing and manufacturing areas to lead and contribute to Data Integrity business process redesigns across the site.
  • Transformational Leadership: Drive transformational change in test equipment to ensure it meets the highest standards of Data Integrity.
  • Project Management: Prepare and communicate project updates, including status reports, and actively participate in departmental and compliance project meetings.
  • Engineering Expertise: Apply a strong understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and practices to ensure all tasks align with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure tasks comply with business policies, regulations, and procedures while addressing customer and regulatory needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external networks, and mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and providing valuable feedback.

Education & Skills Required:

  • Minimum Qualification: NFQ Level 7 in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Data Integrity Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge and application of Data Integrity principles, particularly in a quality-controlled environment.
  • Self-Management: Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise daily tasks to meet established deadlines effectively.
