Contractor Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Systems

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an EHS Systems Support Contractor. In this role, you will support Global Safety & Environment digital systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations of our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist users with technical issues and provide guidance on system usage by collaborating with IT partners and following defined processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, such as SharePoint User Success Centers, training materials, and other resources.
• Generate reports from Global Safety & Environment enterprise systems.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance and optimize system performance.
• Monitor system performance metrics and support tickets, generating regular reports on system feedback and trends.
• Support the implementation of digital tools through communication, training, and site adoption plans.
• Assist with internal communications, including newsletters, website content, and memos, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational messaging.
• Monitor communication metrics and prepare reports to improve strategies.

Required Experience and Skills

• Undergraduate Degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Strong team collaboration skills within a global, multi-functional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead meetings with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with digital system solutions
• Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams)

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience managing a site or corporate level EHS program
• Experience building or maintaining digital solutions
• Familiarity with Enablon and Qlik Sense
