Quality SAP Master Data Specialist

Reports to: Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Expertise: Manage and maintain SAP Quality Master Data, including Quality Views, Inspection Plans, Status Records, and Information Records.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of master data to support material flow and testing requirements.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot SAP-related quality issues, including inspection setup and material status.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with supply chain, procurement, operations, and global functions.
• Project Leadership: Lead and participate in master data projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to GxP, FDA, EU, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (advanced degree or certification in Data/Supply Chain Management preferred).
• SAP Expertise: 3–5 years of experience with SAP Master Data, including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Purchasing, and Quality.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data management, interpretation, and reporting.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP and pharmaceutical/biotech quality systems.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
