We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead and inspire a culture of safety and compliance across a dynamic and varied operational environment. About the Role As a key leader in this role, you will take charge of implementing robust health, safety, and food safety policies to ensure full adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Partnering with teams across multiple sites, you will provide expert guidance and strategic support to maintain excellence and foster a zero-harm culture. Key Responsibilities

• Foster a Safety-First Culture: Promote a proactive mindset toward health, safety, and risk management across operations.
• Drive Policy Deployment: Develop and implement health, safety, and quality systems to ensure uniformity and compliance across contracts.
• Support Operations: Provide hands-on advice on HSEQ issues, create site-specific documentation, and sustain business continuity plans.
• Incident Oversight: Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis to ensure thorough follow-up and preventive measures.
• Enhance Performance: Use data insights to support global and regional safety objectives, driving ongoing improvements. What You Bring
• A diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety, coupled with Chartered IOSH membership.
• Demonstrable expertise in health and safety within a facilities management setting and a minimum of five years in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, excellent communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
