Project Coordinator III – Structural Heart Department
Location: Galway, Ireland
Hours: 39 hours per week (flexible, with one day remote after training)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator III to support the Structural Heart & Aortic (SH&A) R&D team. This is a dynamic administrative role requiring exceptional coordination, scheduling, and communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in enhancing team collaboration between Galway and Minnesota, ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for projects, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Assist in project and functional initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Manage calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing for leadership.
Facilitate team communication, including preparing reports, presentations, and updates.
Support and coordinate on-site meetings, events, and special activities, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Maintain and organise records, files, and purchase orders, tracking through internal systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and support team initiatives with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across global teams.
Previous experience in purchase order tracking and financial administration is desirable.
