We're looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to take charge of a cross-functional core team focused on developing and commercialising cutting-edge medical technologies. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of healthcare innovation and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives around the world.
About the Role:
As the Core Team Leader, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of new product development—from early concept and design through to manufacturing and global launch. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering meaningful solutions to complex challenges.
What You’ll Do:
Set the Vision: Develop and lead the strategy for a portfolio of procedural accessories, building an innovation roadmap that drives adoption and market growth.
Lead Programs: Oversee complex, cross-functional programs with clarity and confidence—managing risk, timelines, resources, and communication at every stage of development.
Build High-Performing Teams: Inspire and grow a team of dedicated professionals. Coach and mentor both core and extended team members to achieve project and organisational success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading program execution and managing key deliverables across functions and geographies
Defining and executing portfolio strategies for a suite of procedural accessory products
Ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, quality, and regional teams
Driving financial planning and forecasting for product development initiatives
Maintaining open and strategic communication with senior leadership
Representing the portfolio in external meetings with clinical leaders and at key industry events
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific field
10+ years of experience in product development or project management (or 8+ years with an advanced degree)
7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record of success in new product development for medical technologies
Experience working with catheter-based or interventional systems
Familiarity with clinical procedure development and engagement with key opinion leaders
This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in driving high-impact innovation while growing your career in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. If you’re ready to shape what’s next in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.
