Job Specification – Test Engineer (Clean Room)

Position: Test Engineer (Clean Room)
Location: Eindhoven or Almelo, Netherlands
Employment: Full-time, Day shift or 2-shift system

About the Role

As a Test Engineer, you will qualify and test complex high-tech mechatronic systems and modules in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure the final quality of products before delivery by performing testing, calibration, inspections, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, qualify, and validate mechatronic systems according to protocols.
• Perform connections, adjustments, calibration, endurance testing, and inspections.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous process improvements.
• Work approximately:
  • 80% Testing
  • 20% Mechanical assembly and adjustments

Requirements

• Technical qualification (EQF Level 3–5) in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Aerospace
  • Automotive
  • Testing or similar
• Experience or interest in cleanroom environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with PCs and following strict procedures.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
