Position: Mechatronics Technician (Volume)
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Employment: Full-time

About the Role

As a Mechatronics Technician (Volume), you will assemble and test complex high-tech mechatronic modules and subassemblies in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments. You will ensure products are built to quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test high-tech mechatronic modules and systems.
• Work from technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Perform assembly in cleanroom and standard production environments.
• Troubleshoot production and assembly issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production Engineers to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Meet production planning and quality targets.

Requirements

• Technical qualification (EQF Level 3–5) in:
  • Mechatronics
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Aerospace
  • Automotive
  • Or a related technical field
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Interest in working in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and high-tech manufacturing.
