We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Science team within the telematics division. This role involves leveraging data to improve product performance and operational efficiency through the analysis and management of machine data collected from refrigeration units.

The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering experience, particularly in cloud environments (AWS preferred), with skills in Python, SQL, and Linux. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using cloud tools.
• Manage databases, data workflows, and transformation workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Support CI/CD pipeline development for automated deployments.
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Experience with NoSQL databases, containerization, data transformation, and orchestration tools.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and machine learning techniques.
