Facilities PMO Workspace Planner

Overview
The Facilities PMO Workspace Planner is responsible for managing workspace operations, administration, and supporting the planning and execution of workspace and infrastructure projects. This role involves providing project or program support to functional teams, monitoring program statuses, budgets, and timelines, and contributing to the effective administration of programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workspace operations, including associated administration.
• Support the planning and execution of workspace and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project/program/system status, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist in developing and implementing program guidelines and procedures.
• Gather and compile data for reports and tracking.
• Provide technical support, including training, documentation, data extraction, and review.

Requirements
