Change Management Consultant
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Change Management Consultant to work closely with our Organisational Development (OD) lead. This role will focus on developing and embedding change management methodologies, establishing a strong Community of Practice (CoP), and equipping trainers to sustain change efforts across the organisation. The position is hybrid, with the possibility of fully remote working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Methodology Development
- Collaborate with the OD lead to design and refine a tailored change management methodology.
- Develop and implement tools and frameworks to support organisational change initiatives.
2. Tool Implementation
- Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across teams and departments.
- Provide guidance and promote continuous improvement in tool usage and application.
3. Training and Capacity Building
- Create and deliver a "train-the-trainer" programme to build internal change management expertise.
- Support trainers in applying the methodology and tools effectively within their teams.
4. Community of Practice (CoP) Development
- Establish and lead a CoP to connect change management practitioners across the organisation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, address challenges, and encourage continuous improvement.
5. Change Leadership
- Act as a change leader, supporting teams and senior stakeholders in navigating and managing change.
- Ensure alignment between change initiatives and organisational objectives.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand change requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships to drive engagement and secure buy-in for change efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong background in Organisational Development and Change Management practices.
- Exceptional facilitation and training skills, including experience with "train-the-trainer" programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a Community of Practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role within a complex organisational structure.
Work Arrangements
